Hey there! I’m Kate, an English tutor with a strong background in foreign languages and intercultural communication. I work with both individuals and IT companies, helping them polish their language skills, level up their Business English, and get ready to present at major international conferences.
I graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with honors — it’s one of the QS Top 100 universities worldwide — and later explored journalism at West Virginia University and the New York Film Academy through non-commercial exchange programs. I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned along the way and look forward to helping you reach your English language goals!

We’ll work with renowned textbooks (Oxford, Cambridge, Pearson) as well as authentic, tailor-made materials to ensure the best possible learning experience.
To keep online lessons engaging and convenient, we’ll use a variety of tools, such as, for example, Columns, Quizlet, and Miro.

Katia! You are the only teacher I know with whom learning a language is so comfortable, interesting, and effective!
It’s as if the universe has gifted you with the great ability to teach, and your love for the language is felt in every lesson ❤️

I really enjoy the English classes with Kate. I like the way she finds interesting, non-trivial topics to discuss, and I especially enjoy having deep conversations about life. The second thing I find cool about her teaching style is the way she can explain difficult grammar rules, so I get it the first time (sometimes the second time, but you got the point :)
The third thing I like most is her English overall: you always learn spoken English, so you can use the vocabulary in real conversations with people or find it in TV series — it’s very useful. Also, Kate is a very kind and charming person, so I started to like English even more 🙂

As a company, we have been working with Ekaterina for the past three years, and during this time, the overall level of business English proficiency has significantly improved. Team members who were previously hesitant to engage in correspondence or live conversations with clients now confidently communicate in English on all matters, greatly enhancing their work efficiency.
Additionally, five team members successfully delivered presentations at leading international conferences in the web3 industry, doing so at the highest level, thanks to their preparation with Ekaterina.
Ekaterina's approach to teaching English stands out because she presents the structure of the language in an easy-to-understand manner, complemented by valuable diagrams that simplify the learning process. She continuously improves her teaching methods by incorporating interactive exercises that further develop speaking, writing, and listening skills.
If you're looking for an English tutor for yourself or your company, I highly recommend starting lessons with Ekaterina. You'll notice significant progress in your language proficiency within just a few months.

For a year and a half, I studied English with Kate in a small group. The lessons always took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere where everyone felt confident and at ease.
What I especially appreciated was how Katya brought interesting and unique topics to our lessons. We watched TED talks, analyzed scenes from TV shows, imagined which historical figures we’d like to have dinner with, and shared our thoughts on favorite artists and music bands. This made the lessons not only educational but also truly engaging, helping us broaden our horizons while practicing the language in a relaxed and enjoyable way.
Thanks to these lessons, I completely changed my perspective on learning English, and now we conduct our daily stand-ups at work in English. What once felt difficult and intimidating has become comfortable and natural: I’ve learned to confidently express my thoughts, ask questions, and hold conversations with ease.
Thank you, Kate, for your professionalism, inspiration, and genuine care for every student!

I am really thankful to Ekaterina. She has elevated my English to a whole new level. I like her approach, as our classes are almost always fully conducted in English (we might discuss some complex grammar topics in my native language though). The topics we learn are very useful and closely related to real life. I also enjoy the atmosphere of the classes — it’s a big motivation to learn English with such a wonderful person!
